Popular Music TV Channels

Music television has come a long way since top of the pops on Friday nights. Channels available now include:

MTV was started in the 90's and is one of the few channels that can lend its name to a generation. MTV channels now include MTV One, MTV R, MTV Hits, MTV Base, MTV Dance, MTVN HD, and MTV Two. VH1 was launched as a sister channel to MTV offering softer side of popular music. VH1 soon launched VH1 Classic which plays a wide selection of classic rock music videos. With On Demand music TV you can choose which music videos you want to watch as well as pause, rewind and fast-forward to the best bits. With more music videos being added every month you are sure to find something good to listen to. On Demand Music TV is available on BT Vision (www.bt.btvision.co.uk), Virgin Media (www.virginmedia.co.uk) and Tiscali TV (www.tiscali.co.uk/tv).
