Virgin TV packages
Virgin TV is available in three standard packages, plus a few extra channels (such as the Sky Sports and Sky Movies channels) at an extra subscription cost. The three main channel packages all offer the basic free-to-view channels (including everything from the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5) as well as a selection of others. These include:
- TV M+ - This is the cheapest Virgin TV package, with 65 channels in total, including Sky 1, 2 and 3, Discovery, Eurosport, and G.O.L.D. Visit www.VirginMedia.com/TV-M
- TV L - This channel package is a little more expensive, but offers 100 channels in total, including MTV One, Nickelodeon and Bravo. Visit www.VirginMedia.com/TV-L
- TV XL - The XL Virgin TV package gives you 160 channels including all the +1 services and Premier League matches on ESPN. Visit www.VirginMedia.com/TV-XL

How do I switch to Virgin Media?
You can take advantage of Virgin Media's TV package deals without already being a Virgin customer, but you might find that bundling the digital TV service with your broadband and home phone might work out cheaper overall. If you're not already a Virgin customer and don't have a cable connection in your house, Virgin Media will send an engineer to install one for you. Installation costs £35 unless you sign up for a bundle deal online.
Virgin Media's cable network doesn't yet reach all parts of the UK, so you will need to visit the Virgin Media website (www.virginmedia.com) and give your postcode to find out whether the Virgin TV packages are available to you.

We currently have a package with yourselves that includes everything phone broadbend and tv ( which includes movies and sky sports and ESPN. With regards to the TV we wish to only have the basic freeview and Sky sports channels pref also ESPN but this is not essential as I feel we are paying far too much for what we actually use.
