Tiscali TV has reduced its one-off installation cost from £99 to £30.
Tiscali TV (www.tiscali.co.uk), the television through broadband service from Tiscali, now costs just £30 to install.
Tiscali, the pioneers of video-on-demand and TV through broadband, offers customers a triple-play of products, letting them bundle high-speed broadband, home telephone and digital TV, all through their landline.
The TV platform, which is available to all Tiscali broadband and home phone customers, offers over 70 channels and a free seven-day catch-up service.
Jon Ingram, operations director at Digitalchoices.co.uk, said: “This is a great offer for anyone who lives in an area able to receive Tiscali TV and hasn’t yet made the switch over to digital. However, it’s important to remember that Tiscali TV is only available in certain parts of the country, so it’s essential you do a postcode search first before signing up.”
TV packages and bundles from Tiscali are priced from £19.99 a month for the basic TV service, up to 8Mb unlimited broadband and unlimited weekend calls.
The cost of line rental is also included in the monthly cost, and customers will get a free wireless router and a free set-top Tiscali TV digibox.
Customers can also add on extras to their TV service, from £5 a month, including PictureBox which shows 28 different films a month, and sports channel ESPN which is only 1p until 30 September, and £9.99 a month thereafter.
